1. Manuscript Submission:
Manuscripts should be submitted electronically via the FAR Publisher submission portal.
Authors must ensure that their manuscripts are original, have not been published elsewhere, and are not under consideration for publication in another journal.
All submissions must be in English.
2. Manuscript Preparation:
Format: Manuscripts should be prepared using a standard word processing software (e.g., Microsoft Word) and must be formatted in accordance with the journal’s template, which can be downloaded from the FAR Publisher website.
Structure: Manuscripts should include the following sections:
- Title Page: Title of the paper, author(s) name(s), affiliation(s), contact information (email address), and ORCID iDs if available.
- Abstract: A concise summary of the research, not exceeding 250 words, including the aim, methods, key findings, and conclusions.
- Keywords: A list of 4-6 keywords related to the manuscript.
- Introduction: Background, rationale, and objectives of the study.
- Methodology: Detailed description of the research design, data collection, and analysis methods.
- Results: Presentation of findings with appropriate use of tables and figures.
- Discussion: Interpretation of the results, comparison with existing literature, and implications of the study.
- Conclusion: Summary of the key findings and their relevance.
- References: A complete list of references cited in the text, following the APA (7th edition) style.
3. Formatting Guidelines:
Font: Use Times New Roman, 12-point font size for the main text.
Margins: Set margins to 1 inch (2.54 cm) on all sides.
Spacing: Use double-spacing throughout the manuscript, including references and figure legends.
Headings: Use appropriate headings and subheadings to organize the content. Primary headings should be bold and aligned to the left.
4. Figures and Tables:
Figures: Figures should be high-resolution and submitted as separate files in JPEG or PNG format. Each figure should have a clear caption.
Tables: Tables should be included in the manuscript file after the references. Each table should have a descriptive title and should be numbered consecutively.
5. Ethical Considerations:
Plagiarism: All manuscripts will be checked for plagiarism. Manuscripts with significant plagiarism will be rejected.
Ethical Approval: If the research involves human participants, authors must provide evidence of ethical approval from a recognized ethics committee.
Conflict of Interest: Authors must disclose any potential conflicts of interest in their submission.
6. Peer Review Process:
All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. Reviewers will evaluate the manuscript for originality, significance, methodological soundness, and clarity of presentation.
Authors may be asked to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers’ comments. Revisions should be submitted within the specified time frame.
7. Copyright and Licensing:
Upon acceptance, authors will be required to sign a copyright transfer agreement, granting FAR Publisher the right to publish the manuscript.
FAR Publisher supports open-access publishing under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY), allowing others to share and adapt the work, provided proper attribution is given.
8. Processing Fees:
A processing fee is required upon acceptance of the manuscript for publication. Details of the fee structure can be found on the FAR Publisher website.
Payment must be completed before the manuscript can be scheduled for publication.
9. Proofs and Publication:
Authors will receive page proofs for final review before publication. It is the authors’ responsibility to check the proofs for accuracy.
After final approval, the manuscript will be published online and made available to the global research community.
10. Post-Publication:
Authors are encouraged to promote their published work through academic and professional networks.
Any post-publication corrections or retractions will be handled according to FAR Publisher’s policies.
