Abstract
The success of entrepreneurial ventures is
contingent upon the dynamics of the entrepreneurial ecosystem within which they
operate. This journal paper explores the multifaceted challenges facing
entrepreneurial ecosystems, focusing on access to capital, supportive
infrastructure, regulatory environment, talent pool, and market dynamics.
Drawing upon insights from academic literature and literature research, the
paper examines how these factors influence the ability of entrepreneurs to
innovate, create value, and scale their ventures. Additionally, the paper
discusses the interconnectedness of these challenges and emphasizes the
importance of coordinated efforts from various stakeholders to foster vibrant
entrepreneurial ecosystems. By identifying key challenges and opportunities,
this paper provides valuable insights for policymakers, practitioners, and
researchers seeking to enhance the conditions for entrepreneurship and economic
