Abstract
Objectives: This review aims to explore the major challenges confronting mobile wallet users in Somalia within the context of the country’s evolving digital financial ecosystem. The study specifically focuses on understanding user satisfaction levels and identifying the key barriers preventing wider adoption and effective utilization of mobile wallet services.
